HOW IT WORKS: The kit includes two pulleys that attach below your training center, on the wall or rack to which it's affixed. One end of the rope clips to your harness, while the other end is attached to the desired weight load. By adjusting the weight, you can lessen the resistance as you build strength throughout your training cycle.
